THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
Before you choose.
How can you narrow the search?
Start with a move-in date, room count and total monthly amount. Then choose two or three streets to visit. Comparing the same number of months reveals whether lower rent comes with higher moving expenses.
What belongs in a moving brief?
List included furniture, appliance dimensions, workspaces, parking and delivery access. Alongside rent, record municipal tax, building or management fees, connectivity and other recurring expenses using the figures provided to you.
How does term cost differ from move-in cash?
Term cost combines rent, monthly expenses and one-off costs. Move-in cash combines advance rent, the deposit and initial expenses. The deposit is shown separately as allocated cash, and prepaid rent is counted once in total expenditure. Enter both options in the calculator to see the difference.
How do you plan a viewing around your routine?

Compare routes to work, shopping and meeting friends. Connect the rental term and included furnishings to each address in the viewing notebook, and visit the street at your usual homecoming time.
