Explore with context
HouseIndex connects the home search with everyday life around it. Selection collections in Tel Aviv, Herzliya and Netanya bring together price references, housing preferences, streets and services. Start with a city or a particular need, then explore the surroundings and details that matter for a viewing.
Compare on a shared basis
Price references use public Central Bureau of Statistics data. City and room-count groups appear together so comparisons use the same basis. Interior space, terrace, garden and home specifications are considered separately.
The street is part of the decision
Maps connect streets, address points and places. Tel Aviv combines open municipal data with OpenStreetMap; Herzliya and Netanya use streets and places from OpenStreetMap. Each map has an identified reference point. Straight-line distances help focus your search, then you can open a place and examine the journey there.
A wider visual perspective
Galleries combine location photographs with architectural design ideas. Each image caption identifies its type. Openly licensed photographs carry creator credits and license links. Images created for HouseIndex retain source-type metadata.
Tools for your own priorities
The website is available in Hebrew, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Arabic. Switch between editions of the same page, build collections, compare figures, download a data brief or print. The WhatsApp button prepares the page title and link; you choose what to send.
From the neighbourhood to the floor plan
Neighbourhood guides connect municipal information, institutions, leisure and streets into a focused visit. Project briefs bring together plans and specifications from developer materials, separating interior, balcony and additional areas. Compare layout options and return to the street surroundings within the same journey.
