THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
Before you choose.
What makes a large terrace useful?
Divide the terrace into dining, seating, planting and circulation. Measure depth in each area and the opening from the interior; review sunlight and privacy. Compare outdoor and indoor areas separately, and include drainage, lighting and shade systems in the property documents.
Poleg Beach as part of your routine
Poleg Beach is in southern Netanya beside Ramat Poleg and Ir Yamim. The municipality lists toilets, showers, shade shelters and sports facilities. Begin at the beach access point and explore the connection from your chosen street, including places to pause and spend time by the water.
Which route connects the home to your day?
Choose three regular destinations: work, groceries and leisure. Compare them from the same building entrance, including parking, pavements and crossings. Expand the map radius from 700 metres to 1.5 or 3 kilometres; displayed distances are straight-line measurements from the street reference point.
What do you need for move-in and the whole term?
The comparison calculator separates rent, monthly expenses, one-off costs and the deposit. Enter the term and each option’s arrangements. The deposit appears as cash to mobilise at the start, and prepaid rent is counted once in the total cost.
